Richard Morton
Richard has completed a mixed portfolio of projects including housing, hotels and commercial work. He has taken charge of some particularly sensitive conservation area development schemes in Westminster and the City of London. Recent projects include a development of 67 housing luxury flats in the City of London and a 212 home retirement village in Leicester. With over 60 design awards from 30 completed retirement housing schemes, Richard is a leading specialist in this sector and also has considerable experience in the conversion and restoration of historic buildings. Richard is a member of the Retirement Housing Group and the British Standard Committee for BS EN 16118 on Sheltered Housing.

Yarema Ronish:
Yarema has completed the Expert Witness Institute Advanced Report Writing course and holds a graduate diploma in law from the College of Law. He trained in Canada where he gained considerable experience in timber construction. Moving to the UK in 1998, he has advised major developers and landed estates on the redevelopment of complex sites in Central London and Birmingham. He has secured planning consent for over 3 million square feet of prime office and 500 residential units. His recent projects include a £32m new build City office building behind retained Portland stone facades, a 4,000 square foot luxury residential refurbishment in an existing block of luxury apartments and a restaurant in a listed hotel next to Trafalgar Square. The director of property services for a major pension fund describes Yarema as “professional, commercial, responsive, enthusiastic and thorough.” His current projects include a steel and timber framed roof extension to an office building in the City of London, and a substantial extension to an 8-bedroom house in Surrey. Yarema has extensive experience coordinating structure, services, cladding and finishes, and understands the information needed by main contractors and the various specialist trades. He has experience of both traditional and Design and Build procurement.
