Membership & Prices

When you agree to become a member of The Federation of Forensic and Expert
Witnesses you are paying for a membership that lasts 12 months. When you become a
member you will appear on our online directory which lists skills, expertise, contact
details and CV. The price of the membership also includes a magazine article
showcasing your work which is published in the eMagazine. You will be supplied with
the Federation logo to use and you will be notified when people view your directory
listing by email (push click).
Additional services are available at extra cost.
All prices can be viewed on the Rate Card section of the website. Reduced rate
membership and advertising is offered on certain occasions.

Payments

Payment is required upon approval of the article & profile created. Your information will
not be published on the website until approval and payment has been received.
Payment by card can be made by secure payment link which is emailed with your
invoice.

Refunds & Cancellation Policy

If you want to cancel your membership with the Federation this must be provided in
writing by post or email. If you are a new member you have the right to cancel your
membership within 14 days of becoming a member of The Federation.

Copyright & use of the site

When you become a member of The Federation of Forensic and Expert Witnesses you
are responsible for providing your CV, photo’s, company logo’s, contact information and
your expert witness qualifications. These will be published on The Federation of

Forensic and Expert Witness website. If you wish for certain information NOT to appear
please contact us.
The Federation of Forensic and Expert Witness website allows all paid and unpaid
members to use the website for business use only and not for redistribution in any way
unless consent is given in writing by The Federation of Forensic and Expert Witnesses.
It is strictly forbidden to extract any data/information from the website to sell, distribute
or use as a third party.
Any copyrights, therefore are not expressly granted herein are reserved. Reproduction,
transfer, distribution or storage also form part of this act.
