Psychologica works with a range of specialist experts to ensure a breadth of practical experience and relevant consulting qualifications, to help improve effectiveness in the workplace: at individual, team and organizational levels. Phil is a Chartered Psychologist and experienced consultant, working with organizations of all types and sizes, in both private and public sectors. He has been Managing Director of both large and small commercial companies himself, before forming an interest in Organizational Development. Gaining a PhD in Psychology and Marketing, in the area of Service Quality and Leadership Style, Phil is also actively involved in research and has published various articles and papers in respected journals and presented findings at a number of international conferences. Much of this work forms a theoretical background for the Psychologica Model™, upon which a number of client assessment psychometrics and development tools have been based.
