Experienced in Building Disputes / Cost Disputes, including preparation of Expert Witness Reports for Clients and Courts as Single or Joint Expert. Client representation in legal proceedings, arbitration and adjudication. Fully conversant with latest Civil Procedure Rules. Advice / Representation on Building Contracts, Contractual Claims, Insurance Claims and Party Wall matters.
