A well experienced, dedicated and enthusiastic individual with over 20 years industry experience managing the risk of asbestos and hazardous materials in both the built environment and brownfield contamination. I was previously the Managing Director of the UK's largest asbestos consultancy, with 140 consultants and responsible for 10 regional offices incorporating 5 laboratories. I have provided many public and private sector clients with statutory compliance, training, analytical testing and inspection services. Furthermore, appointed by solicitors in the capacity of expert opinion/witness, relating to the safe management of works undertaken with asbestos, regulatory compliance, disputes and exposure. I have worked and overseen hundreds of projects across many sectors from small surveys and monitoring to major high profile refurbishment and demolition projects incorporating procurement, surveying, design, monitoring, removal and reinstatement.
