Mr Jeremy Crew provides a medico-legal service and will provide medical reports on legal aspects of urology. Most reports will be preceded by an outpatient consultation with the relevant party which can be provided in either Oxford or Leamington Spa. In some cases Mr Crew may be able to offer a report based on the hospital notes only. He endeavours to provide a fast report turn around time.
