Drug Trafficking and Data Interpretation Expert
With over 14 years in policing Gary Carroll spent most of his service involved in drug related crime including County Lines, Organised Crime Groups, Localised to National Drug Lines and complex drug production cases.
As a prominent full time expert witness in the Midlands since 2016, Gary was also a trained Controlled Drug Liaison Officer (CDLO) which specialised in the management and enforcement around controller drugs with healthcare establishments, and was also qualified police supervisor.
In addition to the common drugs seen within the illicit and controlled drug markets Gary also specialised in Medicinal Cannabis and was a point of contact and advisor to several UK companies involved in the Medicinal Cannabis market.
Gary provides bespoke training to various companies and has done so within the Pharmaceutical industry, police CDLOs, various Universities and Colleges, UK Border Force and multiple police forces across the UK.

With a 20 years policing career Dean Mowbray is a seasoned Expert Witness where he brings his experience as a detective specialising in Organised Crime and drug trafficking at all levels of the supply chain.
Dean is qualified Detective Seargent and has spent 15 years investigating County Lines, Organised Crime Groups, Localised Drug Lines and complex drug production cases ending his police career with the Regional Organised Crime Unit.
Whilst competent to an expert level in all typical illicit drugs, Dean further specialises in Image and Performance Enhancing Drugs and delivers bespoke training and CPD events to various roles within law enforcement.
